Install in your browser
If your browser offers an installation prompt, use the button above. If no prompt is available, use the steps for your device. The website works completely in a normal browser too.
iPhone and iPad
Open chessgames.info in Safari. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. If “Open as Web App” is offered, leave it enabled, then tap Add. Menu labels vary with your OS version.
Android
Open the site in Chrome. Use its menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. Follow the confirmation. Other browsers may offer their own installation command.
Windows, Linux and ChromeOS
In Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon in the address bar, or an Install this site as an app command in the browser menu. Installation support varies by browser.
Mac
On supported macOS versions, Safari offers File → Add to Dock. Chrome and Edge also support installing from their browser menus. Firefox desktop currently does not offer the same standalone installation flow.
Before you lose your connection
Open a lesson and choose Save for offline. Wait for the confirmation, then check Offline lessons. Saving the app icon alone does not download the full game archive. Private browsing and storage restrictions can prevent persistent downloads.
